Plebeians - Chbihi 2

Previously in ancient Rome... The Chbihis moved into their farmhouse, and Lily and Xander prepared to spend their final years doing what they loved most - being close to the plants. Their daughter Bryony was swept off her feet by the Emperor (and is she pregnant with his child?), but wound up marrying the slave Osiris Sekhet. Their son Beech started several fights at his cousins' slave lot and wound up losing to Adrianne. As a result, a giant satellite plunged from the sky and killed him.

Bracken pursued Missi Lazim while also starting a farmer's market at which the family could sell their produce. As a family sim, Bracken desired a source of income so that he could provide for his family, but did not want to postpone the start of a family. He was therefore hoping that Missi would soon be available for marriage. And then babies.

The twins, Birch and Balsa, had no romantic interests as of yet. Even as teenagers, they were still willing to help out around the house and farm, cheerfully enjoying the attainment of their gold gardening badges. As the youngest children, they realized that their parents might not be around to see them reach adulthood. How much longer would Xander and Lily be around?

End of Life, New Life

My first generation 2 sims died of old age! This is an incredible milestone. I don't think I've ever made it this far in a single neighbourhood before. Here's hoping that the neighbourhood lasts... I've started to notice some glitching that I am hoping is not a sign of bad things to come...

In other news, Albus is the sixth generation 4 baby to be born! It seems like as time goes on, generations will become more difficult. I still have generation 2 sims with years of adulthood (and babymaking) ahead of them, but generation 4 babies are also being born. If I remain strict about not mixing generations, this is going to require some more juggling work! Oh well... any ideas out there?
